VERSIONE DOPPIO CD: digipack con booklet di 16 pagine, in edizione limitata. "On Air", selezione di materiale proveniente da una serie di session radiofoniche alla BBC tra il ‘63 e il ’65 per trasmissioni come Saturday Club, Top Gear, Rhythm and Blues e il Joe Loss Pop Show: nell'album figurano sia brani originali - "(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction", "The Last Time" (il primo singolo degli Stones a firma Jagger / Richards) e "The Spider And The Fly" - che cover frequentate dai Rolling Stones nel corso della loro carriera, come, ad esempio, i classici di Chuck Berry "Roll Over Beethoven", "Memphis, Tennessee", "Come On" e "Beautiful Delilah". La particolarità di questa pubblicazione sta nella rivoluzionaria tecnica mai utilizzata prima: le tracce audio sono state oggetto di un scrupoloso lavoro di restauro, effettuato per mezzo di un processo di audio source separation - separazione delle singole parti strumentali e vocali su un master non multitraccia, dove cioè non è possibile risalire ai singoli canali - presso i leggendari studi di Abbey Road, a Londra, dove il disco è stato poi remixato e rimasterizzato.
